INGREDIENTS​

  • Maida                                                                            1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour                                                                   1/2 cup
  • Gram flour                                                                     1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves, chopped                                     2 Tablespoons
  • Coriander leaves                                             2 Tablespoons
  • Green chillies chopped                                                  4 Nos
  • Ajwain                                                                    2 Teaspoon
  • Salt                                                                      1.5 Teaspoon
  • Red chill powder                                               1/2 Teaspoon
  • Salt                                                                         1 Teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder                                              1/2 Teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder                                             1/4  Teaspoon
  • Buttermilk                                                         1/2 to 3/4 cup

METHOD

  1. Sift Maida and Flours.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and knead to a soft dough.
  3. Keep the dough covered with a cloth for 1 hour.
  4. Divide in equal size balls and roll into round chapatis.
  5. Cook on hot Tava.
  6. Apply ghee and serve hot.
