Missi Roti
INGREDIENTS
- Maida 1/2 cup
- Wheat flour 1/2 cup
- Gram flour 1/2 cup
- Mint leaves, chopped 2 Tablespoons
- Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoons
- Green chillies chopped 4 Nos
- Ajwain 2 Teaspoon
- Salt 1.5 Teaspoon
- Red chill powder 1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt 1 Teaspoon
- Red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
- Buttermilk 1/2 to 3/4 cup
METHOD
- Sift Maida and Flours.
- Mix all the ingredients and knead to a soft dough.
- Keep the dough covered with a cloth for 1 hour.
- Divide in equal size balls and roll into round chapatis.
- Cook on hot Tava.
- Apply ghee and serve hot.
