KajuPaneer Masala

#Preparation time: 1 hr  #Cooking time: 30 Minutes  #Serves: 5

INGREDIENTS​

  • Cashewnut                                                                  100 gms
  • Paneer, cut into 1 cm cubes (light fried)                200 gms
  • Onion chopped                                                                 1 No.
  • Ginger chopped                                                            1 piece
  • Garlic crushed                                                             3 cloves
  • Green chillies chopped                                                  3 Nos
  • Red chilli powder                                                  1 Teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder                                                1 Teaspoon
  • Curd Fresh                                                                    1/2 cup
  • Salt                                                                          1 Teaspoon
  • Garam masala                                                  1/2 Teaspoon
  • Ghee                                                                       2 Teaspoon

METHOD

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add onion, green chillies, ginger and garlic, cook till onion turns golden brown.
  2. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, paneer pieces and cashew nuts, mix well, cook on medium flame.
  3. Add curd, salt, garam masala, cook till curd dries up and ghee comes on the top.
  4. Remove from the fire and serve hot.
