Kaju Paneer Masala
INGREDIENTS
- Cashewnut 100 gms
- Paneer, cut into 1 cm cubes (light fried) 200 gms
- Onion chopped 1 No.
- Ginger chopped 1 piece
- Garlic crushed 3 cloves
- Green chillies chopped 3 Nos
- Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
- Coriander Powder 1 Teaspoon
- Curd Fresh 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 Teaspoon
- Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoon
- Ghee 2 Teaspoon
METHOD
- Heat ghee in a pan, add onion, green chillies, ginger and garlic, cook till onion turns golden brown.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, paneer pieces and cashew nuts, mix well, cook on medium flame.
- Add curd, salt, garam masala, cook till curd dries up and ghee comes on the top.
- Remove from the fire and serve hot.
